1. General Shipping Information
We currently ship exclusively within the United States of America. All orders are processed through our system and shipped using our fulfillment partners.
We ensure all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.
2. Processing Time

Order Processing: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.
We are responsible for order processing, shipping coordination, and customer support for all orders placed on our website.
3. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States, with no minimum purchase required and no hidden handling fees.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
The total time to receive your order is the sum of the processing time and the transit time.

Delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, federal holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
Orders are shipped using standard shipping carriers.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
- International destinations
Certain items may be subject to additional shipping restrictions depending on United States federal or state regulations.
6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. True North Elegance is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the package may be returned to us. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Please note that while initial shipping is free, if a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee of $6.99 may apply to cover carrier costs.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@truenorthelegance.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and ensure a replacement or solution is provided as quickly as possible.
