1. What products do you offer?

True North Elegance specializes in stylish, comfortable clothing and outerwear for both men and women. Our collections are designed around clothing and shoes that form the backbone of a real wardrobe-each chosen for everyday wearability and versatility.

2. Where do you ship?

We ship exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must include a valid U.S. shipping address to be processed. We aim to provide consistent delivery within the estimated timeframes listed above.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and trusted digital payment options including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Diners Club. All transactions are securely processed using encrypted technology. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. Your payment security is a priority.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. There are no hidden shipping fees added at checkout for standard delivery. The price you see at checkout is clear and transparent. 

Please note: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), U.S. Territories, or international destinations.

5. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Order cutoff time is 5:00 PM EST.

  • Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 4–9 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Total Delivery Time: You can expect your order within 6–12 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Full details can be found in our Return and Refund Policy.

  • How to Start a Return: Email us at support@truenorthelegance.com to request a return. Do not send items back without prior approval.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items and gift cards cannot be returned.

7. How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@truenorthelegance.com.

8. Is it safe to shop on your website?

Yes. Your security is our priority. Our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal and payment information during checkout. We do not store your full credit card details, and our store is powered by Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

9. What sizes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of sizes across our men's and women's collections, designed to accommodate a variety of builds. Size availability may vary by product. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for accurate measurements.

Every product page includes a detailed size chart with exact measurements in inches covering chest, shoulder, length, sleeve, and more depending on the item so you can find your perfect fit before ordering. 10. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order within the 30-day window and place a new order once your return has been approved.

11. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
