Return & Refund Policy

At True North Elegance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help you through the return process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@truenorthelegance.com.

  • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address.

  • Important: We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. You are responsible for selecting your own carrier and arranging the return shipment.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Shipping Responsibility: The customer is fully responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Tracking Recommended: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@truenorthelegance.com so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.

5. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the quality and integrity of our collection, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or Personalized Clothing: Any items that have been custom-made, altered, or personalized to your specific requirements.
  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable.

Note on Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags still attached.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@truenorthelegance.com.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order once your return has been approved.
